MEDITATION

As an integrated advertising producer, the stress of producing branded campaigns led me to a therapist, who taught me to meditate.  Before my daughter arrived, I sold my motorcycle for a 200-hr meditation teacher training at The Three Jewels in NYC, and began working with high-school students, veterans, and executives, sharing tools that helped me bring a bit more peace into the creative process.
